Thanks, but this is targeted harassment & smearing. There has to be a way to deindex my legal name from them, or apply backlinking techniques that result in a penalty from google, and that's what I'm looking for. I will build positive SEO in addition, but there has to be something I can do here...

Yes, they are ranking for my name and appear on the first page. It looks like someone is doing white hat SEO on them, so it will be difficult to compete with them.
