This night again 6-7h of downtime, the proxy were not working at all. Shame they simply cannot get their system to run without downtime.

Very good proxys if they work. Last 2-3 days around 50% of the requests to the proxys are throwing back a connection error or timing out after 10s timeout setting. Really a shame, these are among the cleanest proxys on the market but obviously at the price point charged, you expect something...

Weird, because your support confirmed via skype on October 7th, October 9th, October 14 ('our specialists are still working on it') and 21st ('we are currently having some issues with this package. Our specialist are working on it') that there does seem to be a problem.
