I think you can do that with TV although I don't know how good it would be. Most PPV networks from my testing generally show a popup whenever someone goes to a certain domain no matter what comes before or after it.

Talk to your host and see if they can help you. They might want to charge you insane prices though so just be prepared for that and turned them down.

what kind of link building did you use for your website? if you used crappy link building services your better off starting over and transfering your site to a new domain.

I'd stay away from renting an email list. Most of the people who get these lists milk them for all they are worth them pass them on to people who think they are going to get easy money.
