When you search for my keywords, it shows my new URL in the Title, so I'm wondering if I should leave it as opposed to de-index to at least give people a hint of the new URL. Do you think it's worth it?

It really depends on a lot of factors. Do your target keywords match well with your in-page content? How is the quality of the page? How fast is the load time? How big is the page? Are you using image based text instead of html? PM the page and I can help.

Spanish is a great niche on its own. I used to develop web sites in latin american countries, and they were so awful, you have a lot more potential here if you can push good content with a good designer.
