I built one about a year ago, 2 versions mid sized aquarium with a regular ATX motherboard then went smaller using a microatx mobo with a dual core atom. Fun stuff, never added the radiator to transfer the heat, it did get quite hot :\ Good stuff man, go get a SSD and submerge that puppy :)
