You should describe your situation. Have you sold physical or digital good? If its physical and you have tracking info on customer's paypal address, then the case is already in your favor.

My account get back to live. Now I can accept payments and withdraw to my account as usual.

PayPal is more concerned about suspicious activities and many legit business are suffering because of it. Well, I got my money released after proving my business docs

Luckily I got it in less than 15 days

I called PayPal yesterday and told them the problems I am facing currently. They asked me some business docs i.e., ID, proof of shipment, and supplier bill. I gave them all and today they released my money :D. It will reach my bank by tomorrow. Thank you all for the suggestions and help. :)

I am already in debt. Getting loan from bank is the last option if nothing works. I will try calling PayPal on Monday.

I have tried mailing them but got no reply. I will call them on Monday. Wish me luck It would surely shut down my business :weep: They didn't even mailed me to notify about the ban. Hope they mail for withdrawal as they are saying.
