I hit another roadblock. I started looking through the excel data and noticed only the first page of each pdf was extracted. I am now trying to find information about how to extract all pages from all pdfs in power query. I'll be back with an update.

Great news! Learning excel quickly allowed me to propagate approximately 7,000 cells of data done in about an hour. I've entered 100's manually and it took days! What a relief!
