I’ve noticed this too and I’d look beyond average position before blaming the page. Changes in search volume SERP features stronger competitors or a lower CTR can reduce clicks even when the ranking number looks almost unchanged.
I think updating old pages can work well when there’s already some ranking history behind them Improving outdated sections adding missing information and better matching search intent can sometimes be more effective than starting from zero.
I’d check whether the extra rankings are bringing the right audience first. Then I’d compare search intent CTR landing page relevance and the steps between arriving on the page and taking action.
Renting ad accounts can be risky if the ownership or history is unclear. I’d rather use an account I control and keep everything compliant with the platform’s advertising policies.
