If you're american and self-employed, assuming your credit is good, will accept you if you show your regular desposit history. Meaning, if you can show them your history of consistent deposits into your account, then you'll be fine. Doesn't hurt to bring your ez1040 form (IRS Form you turn...
Promote your fan page on your regular websites, not on FB. If people on the web "like it" it's going to be more profitable in the long run. Remember IM is a marathon not a sprint.
Yea, i'd be highly skeptical of anyone selling massive amounts of "real" I assure you they're not calling those 5000 people and saying hey go follow "NewBHWGUY" lol. At the end of the day, you're just boosting numbers to appear larger. Best is to look for people that sell "real looking"...
Depends on where you sell them. In BHW, everyone has plenty of those accounts. Best thing you can do is go market that bot elsewhere. Hit up artists and entertainers and small businesses in your area that could benefit from that "exposure"

I think it's better to buy a different domain for each niche. Putting "all your eggs in one basket" so to speak and wearing all those hats on one site can quickly be a nightmare. Better to focus and be great in one niche and make money than to be mediocre at a bunch of them. Not doubting your...
I use it predominantly for Email List signups and occasionally pushing social sites likes, follow me's, etc. Some people are more fierce in their content locking.
