I just got VMware Fusion for running a windows virtual machine and I highly recommend. Also, upgrade your ram if you're having problems with it being too slow, that should do the trick. :)
^ agreed, you should check out a2 hosting, they've got solid state drives in their servers/VPSs and they are more affordable than their competitors, i.e. liquidweb, beyond hosting, etc...
It would take many MANY accounts spread across dozens of highly trafficked websites to even come close to 6 figures. You would probably need to have staff (virtual or real world) at your disposal to produce enough sites with enough content and get your sites ranked highly enough to come close to...
Not always, you should definitely file a claim with your local PD as well as with paypal, that way they can harass paypal about it and let you get back to business. It also gives paypal a lot more incentive to deal with it if theirs a legal claim already filed.
