Is it okay to use the same hosting but a different domain name when doing a 301 redirect?

I had almost the same scenario with this. My site is white hat, as well as the backlinks. Submitted the reconsideration request for the 2nd time but still I received the same message. I also wonder if real Google staff reviews the request.
