Yeah, I've noticed that Scrapebox has been running slowly recently. I tried everything, different internet connection, changed proxies, tested all the proxies, change the connection values and didn't see an improvement.

I got hit as well, traffic is down 80% on my most of my sites. Saw an increase in one of my sites traffic and rankings. My own thoughts on it seem to be page titles with the keyword in it. I have also seen my main keywords stay but long tail keywords take a big hit this update.

Way to much going on on that page. I would say get rid of the yellow backgrounds. Get rid of the flashing "New" arrows. Space everything out a little bit. I would give it a 3/10

I think its because of the site redesign plus the 7 pages of new content is a lot for Google to process. If it was me, I would remove the new content for right now and make sure that all of navigation is all the same. Whenever you change your site Google is going to have to re-index you so...

I like The Best Spinner, it allows for easy picking of which words are spun and if you want to spin words and include phrases along with it. It also has Copyscape built in which is really convenient and a huge plus.

Yeah microsoft word and works inserts weird characters into text. I wouls suggest using Notepad++ instead to write all your text, then copy and paste from there.

For deleting all the websites with "sex" or anything else in the name, I import the list into URL's Harvested in Scrapebox then Remove/Filter and select Remove Urls Containing... and then enter in "sex" and remove all those URLs. Hope this helps!
