NO. Use money robot if you are just dreaming about SEO or if you want to do just negative seos. They have low success rate almost 0 with web 2.0s engines and nothing with lower tiers.

I am experienced Gsa search engine ranker user.So I am using seregnines and it does the job. Haven't used others though.
