My personal experience: I got round about 4k link clicks in a few days but only managed to get 3 conversions, so for me personally it is not worth the time I would put into it. But I think if someone can completely automate it at almost no cost it can be a nice way to make some extra bucks ;)

Consistency is the key and of course it will never be easy. If it would be that easy there would be only rich people. Try to implement your own twists in existing marketing methods
