Anyone wanna give advice?

Make sure the articles have unique content that is based around certain keywords. Yes it will improve your SEO, make as many posts as you want, as long as they're quality assured. I suggest making regular articles of 400-600 words with 3-5% of that being the keyword you're ranking on. :)

That's there selling score I believe, it tells you how well they're rated for buying/selling things on the website. For example (A person with a higher score would be a more trusted seller) This is just a guess though, makes sense. :)
