Depending on niche, look out for post requests. If its from OF models, contact them & charge fee for approving posts. You can also sell the subreddit too

OF agencies pay for letting them promote their models. If you wanna do it the harder way hire a model and post her OF, the easier way is sending the traffic to your adult website /link locker.
