A good way to improve your programming skills in PHP/SQL after learning the basics is to study some actual source codes (like WordPress's) and then refer to PHP/SLQ documentation to look up whatever you don't understand.

More like the worst way to get backlinks! Maybe exchanging links with some "quality" websites can help a bit, but you don't find quality link exchange opportunities in FB groups!

Actually, it's the website's age not the domain's age that matters more for search rankings.
