Get anywhere from $40-$50/day from one of my sites. Although, always good practice to eventually replace those offers with your own service/product... you can even reverse engineer your offers that convert well and mimic those offers.

Ultimate Demon. Magic submitter I haven't seen very good success rates with the video module. SENukeX is good for these; though UD is probably within more people's budget. From my own research it does the job just as well too.

The BEST, would have to be SEO Moz's tool. However the smallest package is a hefty price. SERPBuddy is a great alternative.

With the right filters and quality niche relevant spinning of each of the submission boxes in GSA (don't use the default garbage), you can use GSA on you're money site just fine as long as link velocity is steady for a month-a few weeks after you're ranking. No need to invest in the other tools...
