Did you check to see if it was iframed? If not maybe, someone is using a CNAME / A RECORD pointing to your server. Check the DNS of the offending domain. Let me know as I can advice further if this is the case. PM me the URL and I will take a look.

They are probably just using an iframe to your site. Check the underlying URL's of the html. You will probably see that they are pages on your site. Quite common.
