You should be fine. YLH says they're in compliance with Twitter's TOS. I think you just can't follow more than 1,000 people per day.

Try these things: - Engage your community, don't just simply publish to it. Ask them what they think. Get people talking. - Build your community by getting guest authors and RTing relevant tweets from people you follow on Twitter. - Start selling ads while your traffic is cheap. Good luck!
