Good luck out ranking the thousands of existing listings.... and the mega sites / directories. Really you need to build a list ... but your list will turn as people find their homes. You have to market the company, not individual listings.

Google doesn't hasn't listed a site's backlinks for a while -- except in GWMT like mentioned. Use the free version of seo power suite to get an accurate link count... OR.... market samurai
