Wow, I got a complete draw, kinda suprising.

Just wanted to say thanks for this guide, defiantly want to try it out!

I have heard stories of many people being banned right before trying to cash out and just getting screwed :(

I am personally using Bid Traffic right now and have not had a problem with it. It's not as pretty as Ad sense, but it works.

I've done some research and found that many off-line advertisement methods work better for this such as cold calling. What do you recommend that I do for doing a cold call and have it not sound spammy?

Pretty cool idea, I'm gonna put this on my to do list if my current method fails.
