How does one get a hold of these sort of site owners? Since lot of the popunders are sourced from like illegal streaming websites etc that have tons of real users and they are reluctant to be contacted for obvious reasons

So refund the whole amount, we no longer want the links due to your inability to deliver within the allocated deadline. If the link is getting removed due to their policy - dont advertise the link for sale... And the topicality remains the same so why would it be approved and remain indexed this...

I have been waiting over a month for 2000 euro worth of links that have not been delivered, and he is trying to replace them with other links. I have requested a refund several weeks ago and now seller is ignoring me. The 1 link that went live is deleted not 2 weeks later from msn.com...
