for the clarification..what i mean to ask is that sa 25% within 90secs..what is supposed to mean by that?25% of plan like(shared ultimate 2G RAM & 2.5 VCORES ) or 25% as a whole server on shared that the account is on?and what if i will create free movie website emebed (no files upload)does...

can i use this coupon in shared plan?or can u give me new coupon if ok to you?..this is my 1st to onionhost....and can i ask about the 25%limit on resources..how many user simultaneously with the 25% resources?i wonder the other guy what he done to his webhost plan that could reach 25% of server...
