Start a new account. Your Engagement will never reach what it used to be. That account is worthless now in terms of Engagement

Having a goal and knowing that you're the only one who can make it happen is the best motivation to put in the extra hours on IM (for me atleast). It's hard work now, but the benefits will later pay off.
