It depends more on the video or image used than the network. Ugc videos usually performs better on tiktok, while direct video ads work well on meta... but it's worth trying both

Just as advice, i had to do that video verification for several accounts i own for my businesses, and all the accounts were female accounts (mind that i'm fully bearded male lol) and all went well. Just do it yourself, it won't be any problem.
