Would love a twitch bot that could have chatters and upto a certain amount of viewers?

Long story short people from India spammed my website somehow! Anyway my adsense is now disabled and I am looking for a new source of income from ppc adverts. If anyone could suggest some decent paying adverts or some good program's that would be marvellous!

So my site has roughly 30-90 views per day but the bounce rate is 55%, I am wandering how I could get people to click the adverts or just a way to have ppv.

Could you send me some samples please? Would like to see before I buy.
