If you can sometimes sit and sometimes stand, you can do that every 2 hours or so. I did that and my back is pretty satisfy with that.

Doing online survey will take you a lot of time and patience. I did try it once and I just got very little paid. Maybe you can do some online micro jobs for start? IMO, it is more reliable than doing surveys.

You can tell them to work with you or you give them some knowledge about IM for free. You help them enough with this
