I've bought expired domain names before and flipped for a great price so this is definitely worth the registration fee. I wonder if those stats are good for PBN? is it worth setting up ? or i'll just park it and sell in awhile

was just an example. it has many 85+ DA website links. Is this worth setting up for small PBN?

So I just grabbed this domain, links are solid, some of the backlinks are from google , google maps etc. I checked for spam, it's clean. What would you do with this website ? it's a clean niche too.

I don't want to be position 1 on search result but what if it was number 2 or 3? that's a lot of exposure. If the position 2 and 3 are held by low authority domains , low backlinks would it be really that hard to bump them out of the way ?

It's not ,just very specific. I think you are right , Kwfinder score is 50 , however the other referring domains seem easy to pass in the SERP as most of them are very low backlinks except number 1 result is 50.5k backlinks no spams and DR 85+

How did you do it , you wizard. thanks :) the top 1 is impossible to get , will never happen but the next 4 in line are weak , 3 to 6 backlinks with very low DA etc
