Well, i thinks my colleagues has spoken, one of the best way to gets active fans is to do FB ADS. And i think the second to it is to use tweeter and re tweet your page.

Well, it all depends on the interest of the buyers, if you have a buyer that is so much in need of your page niche, dont be surprise you can sell it more than what you were told. But then, i must to tell you that most of the n=buyers want active fans from UK, US.

Sorry, you may not be able to have access again to the fan page since the admin has been disable. May be you shoulld start to think of how to start afresh. sorry for that
