I love the idea of OP, but as many members already mentioned, the numbers he gave don't make sense... Dropping 60k flyers in an hour (give or take) with 4-5 people on the job is kinda heroic :D But the method is smart! You can add a little tweak and drop these flyers during big conferences...

Approach your "competitors" and ask them for a fair price because you don't have time to manage the project anymore. I've sold quite a few money-making websites just by approaching the competition and asking them to "buy my business". Very simple, very effective, and super fast :) Good luck!

xxf8xx, I would recommend you to focus on packaging/ selling/ reselling mainly high-ticket products/ services. Way more money for (almost) the same amount of effort. Would you rather spend 20 hours getting backlinks to a CPA offer that pays 5-10$, or focus on getting ONE customer/...

I think this is pretty pathetic. What goes around comes around. You don't exploit people for their honest work. A better variation would simply be to tell them: "Do the work. If the site makes money, you'll be paid x 1.5 when the project is profitable." I started out like that a few years back...
