Flippa's as good as it gets for small sites. Anything else, Empire Flippers. Motion Invest and Flippium - probably just going to end up with a site created by another niche site builder who reached its cap and knows it's not profitable to hang on to. Never buy a website from a fellow niche site...

Why would you want to do that? Elementor produces horrendously bloated HTML.
