I have to try this out too. I have actually tried a number of SEOs here but they all are on rental basis. The links are not permanent. So one needs to part with 150USD every month.

There are several options right here but I think one catches my eye - build a micro-niche page, build links to it, make it rank on SERPs and rent out the space to professionals.
