Make sure you are not ccp'ing your content. Simply, more than likely your content is duplicate. Has to be good, and original. Start there. If you're stuck in a filter, gonna take a few months to get out after you change your content.

Quit rapping...no I'm kidding. You need to find someone that will retweet what you are doing. Meaning: find someone that has a big following already and who will like what you are doing.

What if you are marketing a website that has a terrible name and believe it's affecting conversion, would you consider a 301 redirect to something more catchy?

tough to say...had you taken the good name and at least created a landing page, you could have then begun the tedious process. Doing nothing with it is a sin.
