You need to add quality backlinks, do some interlinking and then social sharing will be beneficial for you. More traffic more revenue :)

Yes rest pages need to be indexed but thats not an issue. Your site has been indexed in google just ping rest pages after 2-3 days they will be indexed. There is also an chance that they got indexed earlier and deindex later?
