Thats a very low volume market to be making such bold prediction. ~$9 million last 24 hr vol on BTC/USD. I would have thought it would be relatively easy to make a wick like that with such thin order books.

You could do this using google sheets. Each exchange has an api call that lists all the pairs. Check that on a timer and when it finds a new one send yourself an email. You need a bit of google script obviously but its possible I made one in 2018 for coinbase.

I think you misunderstand me. You told exodus to send $400 and it sent $400 worth of eth as valued when you clicked send. Whats it say you sent when you look on etherscan?

I would hazard a guess that during the time it took you to do that first screenshot the ETH/USD rate changed. Then by the time you clicked Send your $400 was slightly more ETH.
Look the transaction hash up on etherscan you will probably see that you actually sent the higher amount.
