yeah i dont see much ranking impact from posts either. feedback and completing the profile seem to have a much clearer effect while posts feel more useful for keeping profile active and giving visitors something fresh to see.

yeah search playing a bigger role now especially for topics people already look up using the right words in the video and caption can give it another way to get found

for a beginner i would start with relevant guest posts and simple outreach instead of trying to build lots of links at once if your page gives people something useful to reference then finding sites in the same niche becomes much easier
