Cloaking is not necessarily hard to do or technical. There are some tools that do most of the work, you just have to buy a domain, point through CloudFlare and setup the pages. But it is not that simple to make an account last, there are other factors involved, like account warming.

Just be careful to not use some sketchy cloaker on a good account, if you don't have experience. If possible, try to set-up a cloaker on another account and see if your campaign can run for some hours at least. A bad cloaker can insta-ban your account.

From my experience, most proxy providers have good and bad proxies mixed together. I always run tests on some websites to check if everything is alright before using it on Facebook. If it's bad, I request for a change.
