Fill out their address and phone numbers in a bunch of CPA offers... they'll be contacted relentlessly, and they'll never know it was you. Which is good because it won't instigate further attacks.

Perhaps ask the company to send you the money via wire? Then there are no checks to be cashed and it goes into your account automatically.

I found that tackling my biggest tasks first thing in the morning instead off putting it off to the afternoon really helps. Before I definitely had an "I can do it later" attitude, but that seemed to turn into things never getting done. Efficiency is key.

Working at a network myself, we can only see referrer URL's in our systems. I also worked at another network prior to the one I'm currently at and it was the same thing.

I find that using dashes (-) or numbers in domain names definitely doesn't help with it being catchy, so I'd stay away from those.
