What makes it easier?

Is it possible to take down a FB private group where in the group they buy/sell prohibited items. If so how long would something like that take? And im assuming it would require access to the private group or would group id just work, as some groups dont accept just anyone.

And if its a private group we would have to add a user to the group im assuming?

I get that but if people are writing from extended networks it will go through, if your friends with their friends etc. id like to be able to know who is messagable if that were possible
