What you will realize if you examine almost every panel here, is that they have the same services as JAP but with 100-500% increased price. They have some bad services as well for sure, but those are not resold that frequently. Part of the game is testing services.

Almost all panels on BHW sell the same services as JAP/BBS etc but with 200-500% of the price. Thing is you have to constantly try new services and use the ones that are working.
