I finally figured out how to get my Chanel back. Go to your brand account in Google+ page => manage account => Manage permissions. In this dialog, add another person (another youtube account) as manager of the account. Then voila, you can sign in Youtube as the new manager.

I have the same problem. I have one account with 2 channels on it. I got suspended main account and can not access the second channel (which is good stand). Never buy bot view man. Youtube will catch you sooner or later.
