I'm not too savvy with that specific theme or plugin. But if you paid for the theme then the plugin should automatically come with the services you purchased according to theme forest info. That is if the theme actually calls for that plugin. If you really paid for it then get ahold of theme...

You can do it like that but its better using more then just the same phone number. This way if twitter account 1 gets banned for spam or whatever the case is it won't be likely that your other twitter accounts will go with the first account.
