Yep, that is true. I grow my account manually, that mean I go every account that liked a photo and follow them if they aren't private. After some follow (10-12) I can't see how many post/follow/followers they have and I don't see their bio for about 15-30 seconds.

You can't. It's Twitter not Facebook. People only see tweets from accounts they follow (and tweets they retweet from other accounts). If you want a Twitter page for your site just create a new account and start to get followers.
