All done now i linked my payoneer bank account but when i try to withdraw it gives a weird error everytime

Now when i try to withdraw to my payoneer bank it say error repeat other time lol

But i dont have a us bank card, i had one payoneer but used it to my main PayPal account

Im past that point and i linked 2 payoneer banks both give me an error when whitdrawing saying we cant complete the transaction at the moment, it been like that for 2 months

after 180 days of restrictions my qatarian paypal ( i used a site to get the number and sms when i registered ) so now when i try to withdrawal it ask for sms confirmation, i live outside qatar is their anyway i can get my money and bypass somehow the sms verification?
