Yup, I know that. The way I see it, developments of this story will have serious consequences.. on everything. I don't even need to say that user content (adult, copyrighted, any kind) is shared everywhere, and if ALL user content will vanish because of bad content.. it sets a dangerous precedent.

I'm looking at amateur content... I don't know if they are removing anything from there (not like I can notice 1000... or 100 000 videos missing), but I see the amateur section is full of user uploads. Pornhub removed all of it, 99.9% That is what I'm saying :)

I wouldn't go heavy with ads.. perhaps two ad spots per page (sidebar / footer) kind of thing. Regular (MS links) would remain as they are, there would just be a bit of ads here and there. Why would that be bad? That is how pretty much any bigger or smaller site looks these days.. in content...
