Don't publish it as a pdf. Use an ebook platform instead like Amazon or nook. I think it needs to priced at a minimum of $.99. Give your reviewers the link and take it down after they've bought it. I'd definitely be interested in reviewing it.

What geographic locations do you guys find 7search traffic coming from? Is it mostly US, or third world countries?

i recently tried advertising through them but got a disapproval for my LP due to my page "not loading". Don't know what that's supposed to mean because my server was never down, but when I re-submitted it, it got disapproved for the same reason. Guess they don't need new advertisers.
