PayPal UK are killing stealth's and I can get good docs from aspkin sellers they are not a problem its the credit check that paypal are now using its killing stealth's by the thousands its all being talked about all over aspkin in the last few weeks

You can do that but How you going to provide them documentation? How you going to access the account? These PayPal changes are NOT limited just to PayPal UK and therefore this would not work

Yes but what about the address when u create eBay and PayPal can u still use a UK one? and if u cant how do u create the stealth when living in the UK?
