I my case it's been approximately 2-3 weeks and the only message I received from them is they are reviewing the request and will get back on it. But still there is no response to my appeal on whether it will be recovered or not!

Although I only used one account then also it banned me. Let's see what happens. Yeah I read the policy. Let's wait for their response.

I have done the same. Contacted them with email as well. Oh, this is frustating. They should atleast give a warning if something is off with our account.
