Did you got banned because you used the same registeration IP ? Maybe, bad proxy configuration with IP leaks or, because you increased the number of follows per day? Also, what's your followback rate per 100 follow?

You should definitly try to check how works selenium if you are going to use 100 browsers, I don't think that you can handle them by yourself.
